In the spring, there will be a larger triple bay open that is 60 ft wide x 50 ft deep, 3 overhead doors, a 1000 SF 2nd story mezzanine that is 16.5 ft wide x 60 ft long and plenty of 3 phase power drops and prewired outlets and disconnects. In addition, it has 15KW supplemental solar power. Great for small mfg or other type of tenant.
